how it works

The process

At Moor Media, we can create beautiful individual photos, team photos, memory mates, banners, buttons, and more!

Photos are edited FIRST, and then uploaded to an exclusive online album for each parent to easily shop and pick which products they want to purchase. All items are then shipped directly to each parent's home within a few days.

Here you will find an example of the final gallery of your athlete. Each Final number of photos averages around 15 - 20 graphics, and all photos with transparent backgrounds to add one of our virtual backgrounds..

Pricing

Everyone’s favorite - Pricing! It is my goal to deliver the most beautiful imagery to you! My pricing reflects the cost of doing business and delivering such a product. I have options starting at $15 and up. Please reach out if you have any questions.

There is a 10% that will be automatically applied to your cart upon purchase of $100 or more during the first two weeks of your gallery going live. There are also “buy more save more” coupons that can be used for siblings or bigger orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are two ways. First, you will receive a paper on picture day. Please take a photo of this picture and save it. It will have an access code that you will need to access your photos. Second, you will receive an email letting you know you have pictures coming. You will also receive an email and text (if opted in) when photos go for sale.

  • All prints will be delivered directly to your home. All digitals will be sent immediately upon purchase.

  • We love sibling photos and pictures with mom/parents! If you would like one, please have all siblings or parents ready with it is time to photo your athlete!

  • All photos can be purchased with a digital background. If you buy all photos, one background per image can be selected. A different image can have a different background. Please look for the CHANGE in the file name. That photo can have a different background.

  • Typical Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

  • I do not offer a sibling discount, but I do have a buy more, save more coupon.

  • If you bought photos you will need to make sure you have cropped the photos to your liking before checking out. *but please dont crop in too much as it could ruin the quality of the photo. You will also need to select any digital backgrounds you would like. Please be aware that only one digital background per individual image. Once you purchase physical prints will be shipped to your home and digital images will be sent to your email.

  • Typically photos are available for 1-2 months after the date of them going live! Please be sure to purchase and backup whatever you buy as once the album is taken down, I can not promise I will have your photos.

  • Yes! I do several types including sports photos with fog machines, gel lights, corporate headshots, families, and more! Send me a message if you have any ideas or questions.
