We run picture day for schools and teams around Dayton — and we have a genuinely good time doing it. We're hiring people who are great with kids to join a fast, tight-knit, fun crew.

No camera experience needed — really. We train you on the gear, the lighting, and our whole system from zero. You bring the energy with kids; we handle the technical side. No editing, either: our team does all of that.

Start as a photographer and grow into Lead. Strong people come back season after season, get faster every time, and move up. We're building a team, not filling a shift.
What you'd do
- Photograph kids using our posing & prompting system
- Keep the line moving and the energy up
- Set up and tear down equipment with the crew
- Make picture day fun for kids, parents, and staff
What you bring
- You're great with kids — warm, patient, high-energy
- You're reliable and a hard worker
- You can be on your feet, kneeling, lifting gear for hours
- Reliable transportation & a valid driver's license
