Moor Media began in 2018, rooted in Jason Moorman’s love for technology and his lifelong connection to sports. Growing up, Jason always enjoyed getting his photo taken during his athletic career, and that excitement for being both in front of and behind the camera eventually grew into a passion for creating high-quality, impactful visuals.
The first Moor Media photos were taken in a friend’s garage during a CrossFit workout. With no formal training and no studio, Jason taught himself everything from lighting to composition to editing. That self-taught foundation became the core of the brand—resourceful, hardworking, and always improving.
Since then, Moor Media has steadily grown through real-world experience across a wide range of environments. Jason has worked closely with youth and adult sports leagues, local brands, corporate teams, churches, fitness facilities, and small businesses of every kind. These partnerships have allowed him to understand different brand needs, adapt to different shooting styles, and create visuals that match each client’s identity and goals.
Along with photography and video, Jason also has experience in social media creation and social media management. He understands how content performs online and how to build imagery that captures attention, strengthens branding, and drives engagement.
What started in a garage has become a trusted creative partner for many organizations across the Miami Valley. Moor Media continues to grow with the same foundation it began with: passion, consistency, and a commitment to raising the standard for visual media.

Jason Moorman // Owner
I’m Jason Moorman, a creator driven by a love for capturing real moments and turning them into powerful visuals. From a young age, I was drawn to photography and the way a single image can freeze emotion, personality, and energy. That early passion pushed me to refine my craft, develop my eye for detail, and build a style that feels modern, bold, and authentic.
For me, photography is more than taking pictures. It’s about connection. I bring a calm and confident presence to every session so people feel relaxed, themselves, and at their best in front of the camera. Whether I’m photographing a senior stepping into their future, an athlete ready to make a statement, or someone simply wanting a portrait they’re proud of, my goal is always the same: help people feel incredible and capture them at their strongest.
Before my creative career began, sports played a huge role in shaping who I am. I was a four-year letterman in baseball and a three-year letterman in football, and those years taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to pursue excellence. Today, I carry that same mindset into coaching at Centered CrossFit, where I get to help others grow, push their limits, and become the best version of themselves.
Photography is my passion, and coaching keeps my competitive spirit alive. Together, they influence how I see people and how I tell their stories. I’m here to help you look and feel your absolute best.

Danielle has been a photographer for over 10 years. And not just any photographer, an amazing photographer. Danielle loves taking photos of families, seniors, and newborns. Danielle joined the team in 2023.

Paige Boggs // Studio Manager
Paige keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes with a mix of organization, common sense, and get-it-done energy. Along with running her own company, The Planning Collective, she supports the studio with smooth communication, streamlined systems, and a knack for staying ten steps ahead. She manages all incoming inquiries, scheduling, and Moor Media accounts with efficiency and ease.
A coffee-lover, CrossFitter, and destination-daydreamer who’s always ready for another trip, Paige lives in Troy with her husband Ethan, their son Sawyer, and their blue heeler, Tia. Whether she’s planning weddings, travel, or managing day-to-day operations, Paige brings a dependable, confident presence to every project.
